The Earth Sciences Department has the following Research Laboratory Facilities.Geochemistry unit hosts several modern analytical laboratories for research and education. Our capacities were significantly expanded by the establishment of an XRF and a GFAAS units. This facility was equipped with financial support from the University of the Western Cape and Panalytical. The new Highly Immersive Visualization Environment is a state of the art facilities that was added to the departmental facilities.
